I envision a time when elders gathered around sacred fires, their voices weaving wisdom into the hearts of the generations—a time of connection, belonging and shared intimacy.

As a writer, poet and healer, writing is my way of navigating life’s depths—of processing, creating and integrating. It is both revelation and remedy, a sacred act of healing and transformation.

I believe storytelling, in any art form, is a potent medicine for the soul and journaling is a deeply transformative tool I wholeheartedly advocate for.
