This 7-month journey, centres around 7 transformational ceremonies and comprises a combination of in person and online spaces. This immersive self development program combines ancient wisdom, modern practices, and the power of sisterhood to guide you through a profound exploration of your roots and a reconnection to your inner truths, supporting you to navigate your personal growth journey with authenticity and grace.

The Program
Unlike traditional programs, "Rise Rooted" takes a holistic approach to personal growth, integrating mindfulness, sacred ceremonies, and community support. Participants are guided through a comprehensive journey that addresses mind, body, and spirit. Click the images below for more information!
7x In-person fire Ceremonies, held once per month in a beautiful sanctuary in Streatham, South West London. Each month will be a different theme, focusing on a specific Chakra and connecting to ancestral guidance and wisdom.
11x Online “Sister Circles” give us the opportunity to come together, be witnessed, share, reflect, process, integrate & receive. 13x 1.5hr Zoom Calls, usually held twice a month.
There will be online workshops held during the program to deepen knowledge and support learning and development. 2x 2hr Workshops
Weekly Support via Exclusive Rise Rooted WhatsApp Community Group
Weekly Tools & resources provided throughout the program. These include, Journals, Affirmations, practical Rituals, Worksheets, ebooks, Meditations etc

The complete program will run for approximately 7 months.

Hi, I'm Sherise
As well as a mother of 2, I am an experienced and accredited Spiritual Counsellor, Reiki Master Teacher, Trauma-informed group facilitator, writer and ceremonialist.
I was the abandoned, neglected, silent child of an addict who had already experienced molestation by 5yrs & the subsequent years of abuse & trauma that followed. Growing into my teens & adulthood with unmet needs, gaping wounds and a fractured heart. Being witnessed in my process saved my life!
I believe in the power of being witnessed. I believe everyone is deserving of a space to unfold, unfurl and detangle. To offload, shed, shatter and still be worthy of love.
I bring together all of my wisdom, healing & training of over 18 years, bridging Eastern & Western medicine, blending traditional talking-based modalities with energy healing approaches, creating a synergistic path for multi-level transformation!
