When we allow ourselves to authentically connect with women we call our sisters, we can begin to meet ourselves more truthfully.
Through listening, sharing, ritual and ceremony, we make room for remembering. For receiving care and for reclaiming parts of ourselves that may have become quiet beneath the demands of life.
I AM WOMAN is an invitation into that space.

There is something powerful about being witnessed by other women.
Our patterns and beliefs can become more visible through the mirrors of one another. In a circle held with care, we can begin to notice how we relate, what we protect and what we long for.
We can practice listening without rushing to fix. Speaking without having to make our experience smaller. Receiving without needing to immediately give something back.

This is part of the power of shared care: discovering that we can support one another while remaining connected to our own wisdom, boundaries and choices.

“I know myself more deeply and thoroughly by witnessing myself through my sisters.”

These ceremonies offer space to remember who you are, deepen your connection with body and Spirit, and explore what restoration, reclamation and liberation mean for you.

£187 for two standard-rate tickets to the same ceremony
(£93.50 each, instead of £111 saving £35 in total)

Each gathering will include a selection of sacred healing practices, rituals and embodiment.

These may include:

-
Sharing, listening and witnessing in circle

Each practice is an invitation, with room to rest, listen and honour your own boundaries.

Is this space calling you?
Lovingly co-created and co-facilitated by dear friends Mariam and Sherise, this series grows from a shared devotion to Love and Healing, and a belief in the power of community.
We both know, through our own lives and the work we hold, how much it can mean to have somewhere you can tell the truth.
Somewhere you do not have to perform strength or explain away your needs.
Somewhere your voice, your quiet, your tenderness and your aliveness are welcome.
Together, we bring over forty years of experience in therapeutic, spiritual, somatic and community work. We will both share the facilitation throughout, offering practices, healing, sound, wisdom and teaching, and responding with care to what unfolds within the circle.
You may have already felt a yearning in your heart to connect with like-minded women in a way that is nurturing, and that also somehow expands you into more of who you are.

-
You are often the one holding others, and long for somewhere you can receive care too.
-
You want to deepen your connection with yourself and with other women, while honouring the parts of you that find this difficult.
-
You are ready to explore your inner world in community, rather than feeling alone with all your stuff.
-
You have experienced women’s circles before and feel called to deepen through ritual, ceremony and embodiment.

You do not need previous experience of women’s circles or a clear explanation of why you feel drawn. You are welcome with what is alive in you.

3 Restorative Half-Day Experiences
A Remembering
Connection & Belonging
Sunday 11th October: 2pm-7pm
An invitation to explore how we meet ourselves and one another.
What helps us feel connected?
What makes belonging difficult?
What becomes possible when we allow ourselves to be witnessed?
You may have a yearning for community alongside a part of you that is cautious about being seen. Both are welcome here.
A Reclaiming
Sisterhood & Community
Sunday 8th November: 2pm-7pm
An invitation to explore the ways we relate to one another, and the possibility of receiving care within those relationships.
For some of us, sisterhood carries warmth, trust and memory.
For others, it also carries hurt, comparison, exclusion or the feeling that we have to prove ourselves to belong. We will make room for that truth.
A Liberation
Healing the Roots
Sunday 13th December: 2pm-7pm
An invitation to bring loving attention to those roots.
To honour what has sustained us, witness what still needs tending and explore what we feel ready to release or reclaim.
What have we learned to carry? What has helped us survive? What might support us to live with more choice, connection and trust in ourselves?

Sherise is the founder of Soul Deep Wellness, a spiritual counsellor, group facilitator, somatic practitioner, shamanic healer and ceremonialist.

Her work is rooted in lived experience, ancestral wisdom and embodied presence.
For more than twenty years, she has worked within health, social care and community settings, supporting people navigating trauma, illness, grief and change.
She believes healing is not about fixing what is broken; it is remembering who you are.
Through ceremony, somatic enquiry, energy healing and witnessing, she creates spaces where women can tell the truth, reconnect with their bodies and Spirit, and explore what healing, liberation and coming home to themselves mean in their own lives.

Mariam has been on a personal development, healing and spiritual journey for the past two decades. Like many of us, her desire for this came from her own experiences of trauma, disconnect and despair from childhood to early adulthood.
She has been holding space for others to process and heal their pain for the past 20 years as a 1:1 somatic counsellor, therapist and healer; blending western psychotherapy with eastern philosophy.
Mariam has been holding healing circles since 2018 and has a deep passion for bringing the sisterhood and community together. She is often described as holding the Mother Mary frequency… simply meaning that a soft loving “mother” energy can often be felt and experienced in her presence.
